Troubleshooting the Touch Bar:

  • Create a New Administrator User:

Create a new Administrator user and see what happens. If it does not occur, then it is something configured in your current user. If it does occur, then it is a hardware issue, or an issue with the macOS. Create this as the Administrator in: System Preferences > Users & Groups. Once done using with it, log back in to this user, and then trash the one you've just created.

  • Boot into Safe Mode:

Try logging in using Safe Mode (Hold down shift key upon boot). See if you can log in. Items only load as they do by default, while you are booted into Safe Mode. All caches are set aside.  Go Here: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

  • Report to Apple:

Do Your Part: Report this to AppleApple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what features to include in releases to come. These are just user-to-user forums. Apple barely reads these forums as it is on their own time and will. Apple will know nothing of this issue, if you do not provide them with your feedback.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - MacBook - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread,
  4. Enter: all other necessary data

Hi,

Try to start up in Safe mode, then normal boot could solve your issue.

Start up your Mac in safe mode – Apple Support (UK)

If it doesn't help, you'd better contact Apple support or take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
