Not getting family screen time notifications

We just upgraded phones to iPhone 14 and I’m not receiving notifications when my children request more screen time. I used to get them on my phone and my watch and now I don’t even know when they request more time.

Thanks. That doesn’t seem to work. When my son asks for more screen time, it appears to send the request as a text message to me. However, the text never comes through to my phone.

I understand your concern. To receive notifications for your children's screen time requests on your iPhone 14, you should check your device settings:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone 14.

2. Scroll down and tap on "Screen Time."

3. Tap on "Family."

4. Select your child's name.

5. Ensure that "Downtime" and "App Limits" are enabled, and you can customize the allowed time and apps.

6. Make sure "Ask For More Time" is enabled, and you can customize notification settings there as well.

By ensuring these settings are configured correctly, you should start receiving notifications when your children request more screen time. If the issue persists, you may want to check if there are any software updates available for your iPhone or contact Apple support for further assistance.
