When I set up my new Apple watch, I accidentally deleted Medication from my apps - it's a part of the Health app, so I can't find a way to add it back. It's not a standalone app in the App Store. I also have set up medication reminders that I really need and I don't always have my phone (which is reminding me as it's supposed to) but always have my watch.
If you search for "apple" in the App Store on the watch and scroll a long way down you eventually see the original Medications app made by apple. It's a loooooong way down the list. I discovered I actually needed this to track my creatine use.
