I deleted the medicine app on my watch. How do I get it back?

What is the name of the app? It is not coming up as being in the cloud.

If you mean the Medications app, go to App Store app on the Watch and re-install it. It will have a little cloud symbol.
Like I said, "Medications". Yours will have a little cloud and arrow instead of OPEN
