Refund not received
Hoka refunded a purchase to Apple Pay on 9/26 . I used a bank cc on Apple Pay . Apple Pay shows no record of refund neither does my bank. How can I investigate

Apple Pay/Wallet only receives information your bank (credit card issuer) shares with app.
Apple is not a bank. It does not approve or decline transactions, only your bank can do that. Funds are transferred directly between your bank and merchant, and if a refund, the merchant and your bank.
Any delay in return/refund of funds needs to be addressed to the merchant and your bank. Apple never sees refunds, unless your bank shares the information. Sorry.
