Refund Sitting in Apple Pay
I used my debit card through Apple Pay; there is a refund issued but my bank has no record of it. It's been 2-3 weeks... what's my next step?

Apple Pay is just a way of securely authorizing a transaction. It does not have the ability to >store< a refund. There is one exception, did you use an Apple Card MasterCard for the transaction? It’s not a debit card, but does have access to Apple Cash, which is integrated in Apple Pay, but only of Apple users.
I’d double check with the merchant. Is the merchant a chain or small business?
Thanks for the reply. It was my bank debit card. Guessing I’ll have to take it up with the merchant. Or can I call Apple and have them investigate at all?
