Apple Card widget displaying blank

On my 'old' iPhone 14PM I had an Apple Card widget showing activity and card balance. All good and working as expected. On the new 15PM after I transferred data and settings, the widget is showing blank. I have tried to removed the widget, reset device, restore device with out-of-box settings, DFU mode and reflash the device, etc. but to no avail. I cannot get the widget to show any info but clicking on it, does take me to the card settings, latest charges, etc. so that is working.

Has this been seen by others and what is a possible solution? Since this behavior is across all of my attempts to get this working, to me it might be a bug?
