Ever since I updated to ios17, whenever I try to search for a word or specific text in my messages, it only shows texts from this past month rather than all results. all my messages are backed up and aren’t deleted so I don’t know what else to do

I am having this issue as well on ios 17 on the iPhone 15 Pro. I can see all the messages on my app if I scroll through, but the search function within the messages app only goes as far back as Sept 19, 2023.
