Help-genius error code 9824
What does genius error code 9824 mean? We have a new iPad and are trying to transfer music from the old laptop through iTunes match.

Your post indicates you're using iTunes for Mac. iTunes was replaced with Finder on macOS devices a few years ago. Do you have any updates available for the Mac? If so, does the issue continue after updating? Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support
