Airpod max not connecting on iphone

My airpods max are not working anymore. I tried restarting it by holding the two buttons and nothing happened. I even charged it for an hour and still doesnt connect to my phone. I also went on bluetooth and pressed "forget this device" and now it wont pop up on my phone anymore to connect it. It all started when i went to put them on and it didn't connect to my phone. I went on Find my and i see that it was last seen yesterday even tho i had it with me the whole day today. What do i do? Please help.
