Hikvision IVMS-4200 Compatibility with Sonoma?

I am having the same issues - who can fix this apple or Hikvision?

I imaging it'll have to be Hikvision. Apple isn't responsible for making 3rd party developers' products compatible with their macOS systems. That's what the beta developer program is for.
