iOS 17.1 scenes on colored bulbs not working properly

since iOS 17 update im having to redo scenes with colored bulbs hue and matter bulbs consistently and randomly stay at the last set color instead of color set by scene I believe it is hue hub interfering as most of non hue bulbs stay at set color, and a scene created to turn all bulbs off will randomly lose the off setting for some bulbs i go back in scene and have to set the bulb as off or reset the color this is a bug that needs addressing I have used home kit from day one scenes have worked perfectly until the introduction of matter capabilities homekit doesnt communicate correctly with hue and matter bulbs and hue wireless switches anymore? And it has nothing to do with device im using or hub I have multiple iPads I use as command center as well as pods and current Apple TV hub it started since 17 update hue may have to be trashed as they appear to be culprit
