iphone xs - ios 17 battery bug

Hello.

Please tell me why you haven't fixed the bug that already occurredfor a long time? I read on the Internet that a lot of people complained.

I own an iPhone XS and I can't charge the battery after iOS 17/ 17.0.1 update.

The only way is to turn off the phone and then it charges (that is, it beautifully shows that the software is at fault). And no, I don't have charging optimization enabled.

The battery reaches 4% and doesn't go up. There is a charging icon. I tried different chargers etc. - it's software bug. 4 years it was ok, but the 17.0 update broke everything. For such a thing you should at least speed up the wait for delivery of my new phone, which purchased on the day of pre-release.

And yes, the error has already been reported to Apple's helpline.

What else can this situation be managed? When will 17.0.2 be available?

Ok then what is this forum for? We can discuss: "who has the same problem as me and why Apple didn't fix it?" They broke my phone

Yes, you are welcome to discuss this but your first post was directed at Apple and not fellow users.

However, no one in here is going to know why Apple didn't fix it or what Apple has planned for the future.

PS. iOS 17.0.2 has been released but it is for the iPhone 15, not the XS model.
