i had my wya h connected to my old xr. i completely destroyed the phone it doesn’t work anymore, i can’t get into it and i forgot my password for my email on that phone . how can i go about pairing my new phone to my watch?

Hopefully your Apple Watch is still working and you have not yet erased it. With a little luck you can get to your Apple ID settings from the watch, and reset your password. Start by looking at the doc below which describes the method,

i did reset it:( i don’t know my old email password and it won’t let me so forgot password when trying to set up my apple watch
