How can I enable my iTunes and App Store account ?

I’m trying to renew my iTunes Apple Music but my account and iTunes says it’s disabled how can I enable it back and use my App Store again

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
