my account for iTunes and my App Store is disabled and I do not know how to get it so that its not

I tried renewing my Apple Music subscription and it will not let me it says that my Apple app store and iTunes Store is disabled

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
