Siri/Homekit voice control of a Taloya ceiling light - won't turn main light back on

Taloya looks to be one of the few making Siri compatible ceiling lights. I've just installed their "TALOYA Work with Apple Homekit LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixture, 18inch 40W Dimmable Smart Ceiling Light ..."

It enrolled fine with Apple Home (QR code on the back snapped by an iPhone Home app), and I can do basic things by voice (its in a child's bedroom so the iPhone app isn't too much use - but works).

The problem is I can say "Hey Siri, Turn XXXX's Light On" no problem, "Off" no problem, but once I say "Hey Siri set XXXX's Light to Orange" or any color including white, it turns off the main large white LEDs and turns on the ceiling ring of colored rings, and now all commands go to that ceiling ring - on/off/100%/0%/red/pink/blue ... and I can't figure out how to command it to turn the ring Off, and the Main light back on.

Cycling power doesn't work, "Main" "Reset" "Normal" ... I've tried a lot of keywords, and the only way I can get it back to the Main light is through the iPhone Home app.

Any ideas? I've tried Taloya's support, but not a lot of help so far - its such an obvious thing, I can't imagine it didn't come up in development/testing.

I just got and installed one of these a few days ago and at first I couldn't figure it out either but then I tried using the keyword "Adaptive" and that worked. Try saying "Hey Siri, set XXXX light to adaptive". This turns on the main white LEDs again and turns off the colored ring.
