all apps crashing after iOS 17

My iPhone 14 Pro is crashing nonstop after downloading iOS 17... my messages, Apple Music, snapchat, instagram, Bank of America, and safari will often randomly crash and refuse to open repeatedly even after closing the app window and trying again. At least once every hour of use, my phone will randomly restart and give the black spiral screen which sometimes stays for 2-3 minutes before turning back on. Are similar issues happening to anyone else?

I’m having a similar problem as well. Ever since IOS 17.1.2 and now IOS 17.2, my apps have been crashing. It would work sometimes after hard restarting but will continue to crash afterwards. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried everything :(
