Why do apps keep freezing and crashing on my iPone 15?

My apps basically just stop working properly, tiktok/instagram videos dont play, notification badges wont clear, snapchat messages will stay unread even after I opened them multiple times, Will record a video and my screen just freezes when it plays back, notifications dont pop up. The only way to fix it is to restart. It started with my previous iphone which was a 12, but it followed to my new 15 as well so it cant be the phone itself. It has gotten worse over months where now I have to restart multiple times an hour. I dont know what to do or why this is happening.
