ECG in Kazakhstan

Dear Apple Support,

I am writing to you with an issue related to the ECG feature on my Apple Watch. According to Apple's information, the ECG feature should have been available now in Kazakhstan. However, I can’t enable this feature.

I have updated my watch to the latest Watch OS version, but I cannot find the option to enable ECG. I am confident that my watch supports this feature, and I would like to use it for monitoring my health.

Please assist me in resolving this issue. I am willing to provide additional information about my watch and software version if necessary.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan proposed considering the activation of these medical features for users in Kazakhstan. Representatives from Apple have informed us that, starting from September of this year, a software update is planned. Following this update, the AFib notification service and the ECG app will become accessible within the territory of Kazakhstan.

Did Kazakhstan actually follow through and send Apple official approval?

Without official signed documents, and laws that do not block ECG, Apple cannot enable ECG.

Proposal is not approval.
