I have looked up how to do this, and I have found where to go to do the personal voice on settings, it isn’t where everyone says it is and it just isn’t on settings in general. Did apple take it off? Is it just not compatible with my phone?(I have the iPhone 11 Pro)

You need an iphone 12 or later to use that feature.
