Apple id Profile picture cant change from settings

Cant getting an option to edit my profile in iphone settings options . The top listed profile optione is like half vanished state while touching the profile no response. Whats the issue behind that, how can i resolve

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17

This is most likely due to screen time restrictions. Go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and turn those off. Then try again to enter your Apple ID settings
