My apple id's profile picture is blank

I woke up this morning and opened up settings on my iPad. I noticed that my profile picture was grey and reverted to the original format. When I click on the tab to go to my iCloud settings, it shows my profile picture. I've tried everything and it can't seem to be fixed

I couldn't update because of this, any fix ?
