Apple Music Crossfade (iOS 17.0) Does Not Work With Edited Song Start/ Stop Times

Many of my songs have edited Start/ Stop times set in iTunes for Windows 10 to trim song intros/ outros. When I sync my iTunes music with my iPad Pro, the edited Start/ Stop times transfer properly; however, the new crossfade option from iOS 17 doesn't work correctly. It appears that the new crossfade option only recognizes the original Start/ Stop times of the song and not the points that I've set. Has anyone experienced this?

I have the latest version of iTunes (12.12.10) and the latest version of iPadOS (17.0) installed.

Hopefully a Developer can add the ability for crossfade to recognize edited song Start/ Stop points in a future iOS update!
