I have a personal and a work phone, i use same user id as want to keep all information sync and the same. I have one Apple Watch and want to pair it to both. Is it possible?

No. Multiple watches can be paired to a single iPhone, but not the other way around.
This is NOT possible, an Apple Watch connects to one phone at a time, and only one phone.

You can have two numbers associated with the same watch as far as receiving calls and texts but you can only call from primary number. You can have two numbers on one phone and then you should be able to make and receive calls with secondary number on a second phone with sec as primary. That’s the best you could do to get what you want.
