1 apple watch 2 iPhones
Hi i have 2 iphone’s 1 for home things and one for job, and I wonder why there is no way to pair my watch on 2 phones when they are on the same id? I have apple watch 7… or there is a way?

No, only if you want to continually unpair/pair when switching between iPhones, as explained in: How to use your Apple Watch with multiple iPhones.
