How to get a refund on Apple Pay
I made an online purchase using Apple Pay, but it was on the wrong account and I didn’t receive the item being purchased.

Please contact the merchant and request a refund. The funds are sent directly to your payment method (bank credit or debit card) used to complete the transaction. If the merchant refuses to refund, please file a dispute with the bank that issued the payment method used.
That’s basically all you can do. Many people are under the assumption that Apple approves and pays merchants. Apple can’t do that. All Apple does, is in a very secure manner, transmit data between merchant and the card issuer (bank). The bank approved the transaction and any refund or compensation will come from the bank or Mastercard, Visa, Am/Ex etc. All the major networks offer fraud protection etc. However, if it’s fraud, it may be difficult to prove, and you’ll need a police report.
