Getting the message: "Video Not Available There's a problem loading this video. If this continues, check your internet connection."

I have a Samsung TV with Amazon Fire Stick 4K and the Apple TV+ app loaded. Every time I try to watch The Morning Show on my Apple TV+ app, I get the message in the title. My internet connection is not the problem. I can watch the show on my MacBook Pro using the same internet connection. And, I am able to watch streaming shows on other apps (e.g. Netflix) with my TV so my TV is connected to my internet. How can I correct this problem?
