Video unavailable (problem loading video) Ep3 of See

When I try to watch Ep3 of the new season of See using the App with Sky , I get a message of Video Unavailable There is a problem loading the video , if this continues check your internet connection.


Now there is nothing wrong with my connection as I can watch everything else on Apple TV, and I can watch the previous Episodes of See, I just get the above message when I try and watch that one Ep3 no matter how many times I try.

I am able to watch Ep3 using the apple app on my fire stick, so the issue seems to be using the Apple app with Sky TV for that episode

Hi Stefan-Samuel,


If this issue appears to be with the Apple TV app only on that device, try resetting the Apple TV app settings.


  1. "In the Apple TV app TV app, navigate to Settings. 
  2. Go to Reset, then select Reset. 
  3. Resetting the Apple TV app restores it to original settings and removes your personal information, TV shows, and movies from the smart TV."


If the issue persists from there and you're able to uninstall and reinstall the app on that device, try that as well.


Beyond that, we'd advise contacting Apple Support directly for assistance.
