I'm from Kazakhstan and I can't get a subscription to Apple TV
I live in Kazakhstan and purchased an Apple TV set-top box, but I can’t get a subscription.

Only Apple would know why the Apple TV+ subscription is only available in certain countries. And only they would know when or if it might be available in your country. None of us, your fellow users, would know.
