Where are you located, as so many countries have some variation of a dollar currency.

Apple TV+ is USD 9.99/m (before taxes, if applicable, may differ by state) in the US. Prices in other countries will be different, and would usually include taxes at the listed price.

Billing to Apple doesn’t necessarily mean having an Apple TV+ subscription. You may have paid for something else, or the billing may have been for someone else, or the billing was not actually to Apple Inc.

When did you start this subscription, and did you do so in the Apple TV app or on Apple’s Apple TV+ website?

An Apple TV+ subscription is linked to a specific Apple Account. Using a different account would not validate this subscription (unless organized in Family Sharing).
