Trying to initiate free 5month subscription from Currys.
I follow the link to the apple site, press the button on screen and get a screen saying "One moment while we look up your offer details"
Nothing happens after that, left it for 1 hour+ and nothing happens, just the same screen

In principle, the offer is made by Currys, and they set the redeem procedure. For issues with redeeming, they should be your first contact. The redeem procedure should link the offer to your Apple ID account.
I do expect that the Apple Support staff knows enough about the various offers through third parties, to assist and guide you through the procedure, if needed.
Issue resolved, was using a chrome book which some website don't interface well with (apple seemingly being one of them). Complete on a phone and worked immediately
