I am unable to select/remove login items from my MacBook Pro running Ventura

I want to remove Alfred 4 from login items because I now use Alfred 5. I no longer have Alfred 4 application installed on my Mac even though it shows up in the "Login Items" window (see screenshot). In the "Login Items" window when I try to select it (or any other application) it will not select. Apps will highlight while the mouse button is pressed but unhighlight when the mouse button is released, again for all applications. I have no problem adding applications to "Login Items" by selecting the "+" button. Additionally, I CAN add and remove applications to "Login Items" by right clicking the application from the dock. But, since I don't have Alfred 4 installed I can't open that application to use this method. Also, I'd just like to be able to do it in the "Login Items" window as normal. I went into "LaunchAgent" folder but some login apps are not there including Alfred 4. Thanks for any help!
