I was locked out of my new iPad. How can I get access back in?

I was locked out of my new iPad. Not knowing my ID and I wrote it at the beginning, but I couldn’t find as to where I put it. So, I just kept on guessing the numbers. I have not able to use my iPad for at least more than a year. Please help. Thank you.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

To unlock your iPad, follow the steps described in the Apple article:

(< iOS 15.2) If you’ve forgotten your iPad passcode

If you’ve forgotten your iPad passcode – Apple Support (UK)

If you don't have a computer and you can't borrow one, you need to go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.

(iPadOS 15.2 and newer) you don’t need to have a computer  -> If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen

If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password deleteappsyou use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?
