Screen Time on iOS 16.6.1 not blocking YT Kids

Pretty much all apps are blocked (yes, I set up App Limits for All Apps & Categories) and this app ignores the time limit. I've tried resetting them, rebooting after setting them, etc. It doesn't even throw a warning when the time is reached, and it never blocks YT Kids.

iOS 17.2 Screen Time not working properly I've had screen time working just fine for my kids' iPads until they were updated to iOS 17.2 this morning. Without my changing any settings they are now blocked from using their iPads during unrestricted times. I had no time limits set, just downtime, but they now get a message saying they've met their time limits and apps are blocked. I tried adding a very liberal limit, but even that didn't work. They're using iPad minis 5th gen. (I selected the wrong device in the form, so it shows iPad mini 4 below.)

I also have this problem. It’s SUPER annoying that YT Kids just ignores the time limits set. Any advice would be appreciated.
