My pages app on my Mac won't close.

I am trying to restart my Mac and it keeps saying that I can't restart because of my pages app. I keep closing it and quitting it but it still shows that it's open. I can't delete it either because it's open. Does anyone know what to do?

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 13.5

Hello davidaloca,

If you've saved your data in Pages, force quit Pages by clicking  > Force Quit in the menu bar and selecting Pages.
