Purchase Sharing I’m trying to turn this off so family members pay for their own purchases. It says it’s off on my end but it is still making all purchases as if it’s still turned on. What am I missing?

“Billing problem” “There is a billing problem with a family member's previous purchase.Ask the family organizer to update their billing information.” My sister was the family organizer but she kicked me off of it to see if it would work but still didn’t work and on our family thing we didn’t even enable purchase sharing either. I cant even update any of my apps and some of them I can’t access because they NEED to be updated but it won’t let me, can someone tell me how to fix this?

App Store states that there is an issue due to orbuous pruchase in family sharing. I am the family organizer and my payment information is up today. Need help please. I cannot download Apps because of payment method issue in family sharing.
