Purchase Sharing
I’m trying to turn this off so family members pay for their own purchases. It says it’s off on my end but it is still making all purchases as if it’s still turned on. What am I missing?

How to share purchases with your family - Apple Support
from the Family Organizer’s Apple ID doesn’t clear this…
(see section: Turn off purchase sharing and stop sharing a payment method)
then contact Apple Support.
