Change time zone on Apple Ultra Watch

I flew from Ca to Hawaii. My Apple Ultra Watch remains on Pacific Standard Time. How do I switch to Hawaii Time?

US central time option on apple watch faces Scrolling through the list of available cities for watch faces that support a second time zone does not display any central time cities. Here are screenshots of the GMT face..It goes from Denver then to New York. There is no central time zone option.

Travel to Europe and now back in the us and my Apple Watch Ultra won’t charge back time
