Beats Solo 3 Is Dead

After less than 10 hours of use my Beats Solo 3 headphones are completely dead. They won't turn on and won't charge. I have tried multiple cables, outlets and have attempted to reset the firmware by holding the volume - button and the power button for 10 seconds. Nothing. What should I do?

If you purchased these Beats headphones, directly from Apple, within the last 14 days, you can return them for either a full refund or a replacement pair.
