This phone was given to me as a gift and it was already a used phone when they got it. So they don’t know the previous owner’s anymore to get the previous Apple ID and password from them . But this was all done willingly from person to person as gifts. So I need to see, how can I activate the phone from here ?

It's useless. There is no way to bypass the activation lock. give it back to the original owner.
The phone is totally and completely useless without the Apple ID and Password of the person who originally set up the phone.
At least the price that you paid for the phone was fair and accurate.
What if this phone was given to me and they forgot their Apple ID and password ?
