hello, i can’t seem to change my notification email. i’ve gone to appleid.apple.com but it gives me this message. “continue on one of your devices. On an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch go to Settings > Apple ID. On a Mac go to System Preferences or System Settings” please help i don’t know what to do.

For example, what device are you trying to make the change on?
Are you unable to access the email address that's currently in use?

I have the same or similar problem - an old email is set up as my Notification email in https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage and it shows as "unverified" there.
Clicking on "Remove Email" gives me the same runaround @kiki2500 experienced. There is no such account anywhere to be found on any of my other devices.
The other option is to click "Verify" but that exactly the same thing: "Continue on one of your devices."
