I have uninstalled the watch app in my iphone 13 and again i tried to install it in the same phone but it is not installing

If, like me, you have everything synced to iCloud, ie photos, documents, contacts, messages, etc, etc, then its a simple job to wipe the phone completely and set it up from scratch without restoring a backup (but backup just in case)
Watch app is part of the standard iOS.
Is what I would do, (when not busy.)
When you see the app in App Store does it say OPEN or GET or is there a little cloud?
Do you get any error messages?
Exact same problem as above. I see the Cloud icon in the App Store. It creates a short cut on the home page and then comes up with the message “unable to install watch. Try again later.”
Try restarting the phone.
Can you install any other free apps?
I’ve tried restarting the phone, and I just installed a different free app with no trouble.
The phone OS is up-to-date.
OS update popped up today to specifically solve this problem.
It worked.
