How to open needed programs all at once?

Is is possible to easily open all necessary tabs/programs/apps all at once for individual projects?

For example if I want to work on one project...and I want the notes app, the pages app, and safari with my google calendar, and a specific website, to open all at once under this one project is that possible?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.3

The Firefox Web browser supports opening multiple startup pages.

  • Run Firefox. Open the sites that you want to see at Firefox startup.
  • Select Firefox > Settings…
  • Click the Home icon in the sidebar.
  • Select Custom URLs… in the pop-up menu for Homepage and new windows.
  • Click the Use Current Pages button that has appeared.

Now, whenever you launch Firefox, it will open that set of pages. You could make Firefox one of your Login Items, if you wished.
