Hello JudeHS,
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're looking to allow access to Microsoft SharePoint to other apps, right?
If we have that correct, let's first confirm that you have the latest iPadOS version installed. If an update is available, be sure to back up your iPad before installing the update. The following resource will help with backing up and updating your iPad: Update iPadOS - Apple Support
If you have the latest iPadOS version installed, confirm that the latest app update has been installed as well. This will rule out the possibility of previous software versions causing this to occur. For help with updating your apps, use the steps of this resource: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support
Lastly, let's check the steps below to see if Microsoft SharePoint is appearing as an app that has requested or been granted permissions on your iPad. You can find additional details that may be helpful in the related resource, here: Control access to information in apps on iPad - Apple Support
Review how apps are using the permissions you grant them
Go to Settings
> Privacy & Security, then tap App Privacy Report.
The App Privacy Report shows you how apps are using the permissions you granted them and shows you their network activity.
To turn off the report and delete its data, go to Settings
> Privacy & Security > App Privacy Report, then tap Turn Off App Privacy Report. You can return to this Settings screen to turn the report on again.
If that isn't helpful, let us know which steps you've tried already to be sure we're understanding this clearly. In addition, let us know where you're looking to allow the access as that may provide additional details to help with providing you the best next steps to take.
Have a great day!
