The terms and conditions of Apple Card Monthly Installments changed August 15, 2023 and under the new T & C’s ACMI is only available on plans tied to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon.

You’re welcome to pay full price for an unlocked iPhone and pursue financing through other carriers and merchants.

They better start supporting more carriers, then. Otherwise, this is a major step backward for consumer choice and devalues the Apple Card. Unless they’re planning on incorporating the carrier-free option into Apple Pay Later or a new offering entirely…
