using Call button in Contacts launches other apps, not actually calling the person

Starting a few days ago, when I press the CALL button in a Contact, it was launching Teams. Couldn't figure out why so I deleted Teams. It then launched Zoom, so I deleted Zoom app. Now calling within contacts is launching FB Messenger, even for people I've never contacted via messenger. I've reset my phone several times. iOS 16.6
