icloud blocked instagram emails

i have forgot my password so im trying to send a password reset link to my email address that is linked to my instagram account but im not receiving any email or emails from instagram? any help?

Locked out of Instagram When I try to use Instagram I got a message that it is temporarily locked due to an attempt to log in from another device, which wasn't me. When I try to get a confirmation email sent to confirm my identity, I don't receive the email. it's not in my spam yet i'm receiving emails from other domains. The phone number linked is my old number and I do not have a Facebook page to try to retrieve access. Can someone help me?

This is happening for me as well - can't log onto Instagram and their forgotten password emails never arrives

Apple, are you blocking emails from instagram.com? And before you ask, they are not in any folders in my icloud including Junk...
