Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community Cooks_micah,
If you haven't yet, we recommend checking your Junk mail folder in iCloud, to see if the message may have been routed there.
If you find the message in Junk, and want to be sure future messages from the sender go to your inbox, the following steps will help:
Indicate that an email isn’t junk
1: In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Junk folder in the Mailboxes list.
2: Select the message or messages, then do one of the following:
• If you selected one message: Click
, then click Move to Inbox.
• If you selected multiple messages: Click Mark, then click “Move to Inbox.”
Subsequent messages from the same sender are no longer automatically marked as junk
Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com
We hope this helps!
