My iPhone isn’t letting me delete any apps to clear my storage. I’ve tried everything. My mother turn off parental controls so I can delete my apps and it still isn’t working. Please help

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW
